1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between zeed baj ("we", "platform") and its members ("user", "you"). By registering on zeed baj or beginning to use any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all services on the platform — casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games and any future services.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To use zeed baj services, each user must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be accurate and genuine.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under one name, one mobile number or one payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Users of zeed baj must access the services from Bangladesh.

At registration you will set a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for keeping this information secure. Sharing your login details with anyone else is prohibited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

zeed baj reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time for the purpose of safe operation. A photo of a national identity card or birth registration certificate may be requested for verification. If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

3.2 Account Security

If unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately. If account loss is proven to have resulted from your own negligence (such as sharing your password), zeed baj will not be held liable.

3.3 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring or renting any account to a third party is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

zeed baj currently supports the following mobile financial services for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

You must use your own mobile financial account when making a deposit. Depositing from another person's account is prohibited and such transactions will be returned. Withdrawals will also be sent only to the mobile number registered on the account.

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure there is no active bonus wagering requirement remaining on your account. If incomplete wagering remains, the withdrawal may be delayed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

zeed baj offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. By accepting this bonus, the following conditions automatically apply:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed.
• If a withdrawal is attempted while a bonus is still active, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonuses are for genuine gameplay only — bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.

Other promotions may be introduced from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are stated separately on the promotions page. If the terms of a special promotion conflict with the general bonus terms, the special promotion's terms will take precedence.

6 Gaming Conduct

All games on zeed baj are operated through a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Game outcomes cannot be altered by any external strategy or software.

Our expectations of players:

• Maintain respectful behaviour towards other users, especially in the live casino chat.
• Do not make comments in chat that dispute game outcomes or provoke other users.
• If you notice any technical error or unusual credits, notify the support team immediately.

zeed baj takes responsible gaming seriously. We ask every user to read and follow our responsible gaming policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if violated, the account will be permanently closed:

• Abusing bonuses or promotions by using multiple accounts.
• Using the services while concealing your identity through a VPN, proxy or any other method.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating artificial outcomes by exchanging bets with other users or through organised arrangements.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform to gain money.

If any of the above violations are proven, zeed baj reserves the right to forfeit all balances and bonuses.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Platform Rights

zeed baj may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions is found on that account.

8.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, all active bets must be settled and any valid balance must be withdrawn.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Data Privacy

zeed baj has a separate detailed policy on the collection, storage and use of users' personal data. To learn how your information is used, please read our Privacy Policy.

By registering, you give zeed baj permission to use the information you have provided for security verification, identity confirmation and service operation purposes. Your data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

zeed baj accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Problems with game progress or bet outcomes caused by an internet connection dropping.
• Any loss caused by the user's own device or connection.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure — service interruption due to natural disaster, cyberattack or government directive.

In the event of any dispute over game outcomes, zeed baj's server logs will be treated as final evidence. We reserve the right to correct any credits incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, without prior notice.

11 Changes to Terms

zeed baj reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the services after the changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new Terms.

If you object to a change in Terms, you may contact the support team to request account closure. Transactions made before the change in Terms will be settled under the previous Terms.
